Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Consultation

Our initial property consultation is completely free of charge. You may cancel or reschedule at any time without penalty.

2. Paid Services

For all paid services, the following refund schedule applies:

• Full refund — if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service start.
• 50% refund — if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service start.
• 25% refund — if you cancel between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled service start.
• No refund — if you cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled service start, or if you do not attend an agreed appointment without notice.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please email us at gg106551limited@hotmail.com or call +44 7725683430 as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Service Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the service received, please contact us within 14 days. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a partial or full refund or a complimentary re-service.
