We provide tenant-sourcing and subletting assistance for residential apartments, commercial shops, offices, and warehouses worldwide. We do not guarantee a successful letting, but we undertake to market your property and introduce verified applicants.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude unless otherwise stated. Our service fees range from £0 (free consultation) to £199. Any additional third-party costs (e.g. referencing fees charged by external providers) will be disclosed before you incur them.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon booking or as agreed in writing. We accept major debit and credit cards. All card payments are processed securely.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for losses arising from tenant behaviour, market conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
